Every New Year, we look forward to starting the year off right. I was no different.
I’d get all pumped up to spend more quality time with Dennis and the girls. But life throws a curveball, or two – work projects, conferences, interruptions, guilt, you name it. It’s like the universe saying, “I don’t think so!” The resolution train takes a detour, and suddenly, my dream of those family moments is in the rearview mirror.
It’s the age-old story of good intentions vs. the chaos of life. Time to make room for those resolutions by shuffling the priorities, right? Um…not quite.
Crafting resolutions is like playing Jenga with your life. If your plate’s already full, squeezing in more blocks won’t make it stable. It’s like trying to fit a puzzle piece in a space that’s already occupied. So, what gives? Really. What gives? What’s on the chopping block for a successful resolution?
CONCLUSION: Resolutions need a solid foundation. Gotta make room for the new by letting go of something. Let’s make space for success!
